Will you guarantee I can get  Funding/Financing after this workshop? Yes, I can guarantee there will be someone to access what deal your currently working on and you can be provided with a Term Sheet that is a provisional Lender quote that will provide fees, interest rate etc. 

Will you be teaching how to invest in Real Estate? No, this is not a "How to Invest in Real Estate" Workshop or a First-Time Home Buyers Workshop. This workshop is for Real Estate Investors who are already investing in Real Estate and are looking for other ways to fund & Finance their Real Estate Deals.

 I don't have any money, no job or I have never invested in Real Estate and I need to Funding/Financing ASAP to invest in Real Estate! Should I attend? I will leave that decision to you but keep in mind this is not a "No Money Down Real Estate Workshop". Also I don't believe you "Funding/Financing to get started in Real Estate, you need to be Creative with your purchase.
